A Full-Length Film is a 4K (ultra HD resolution) cinematic video of your wedding day. It is typically 30-50 minutes long and synchronized with many music tracks that alternating with speeches, vows, toasts and ambient sounds.
A Highlights is a 4K (ultra HD resolution) cinematic video of your wedding day. It is typically 2-4 minutes long and synchronized with some music tracks that alternating with speeches, vows, toasts and ambient sounds.
Raw Footage is the crude output of the video camera recording. It is the unprocessed data from the camera sensor. Raw Footage is unedited video files, has no color correction and no cuts.
8 Hours of Coverage means that the videographer is committed for 8 hours to capture the most meaningful moments of your wedding day. Generally speaking, 8 Hours of Coverage will be translate in about 2-3 hours of recorded raw footage. Bottom line, 8 Hours of Coverage doesn’t mean 8 hours of video shot.
The coverage time is consecutive by default but this can be changed. You can make the hours non-consecutive by adding break time to the videographer schedule. Breaks are useful when there is some time during the wedding day that you don’t need or want video coverage. Because the break time rate is lower than the overtime rate, you can save money by adding break time.
This also has the added benefit of allowing you to split the coverage time. For example, you can request a shooting session of 3 hours in the morning, take a 2 hour break, and leaving the remaining 5 hours in the evening. This way you are only charged for 8 hours at full rate and 2 hours at half rate, for a total of 10 Hours of Coverage.
The customer can extend the coverage time at his/her convenience, at any time, even on the wedding day. There are two ways to do this:
1. The customer can add additional hours of coverage time to the chosen package.
2. The customer can also add hours of break time to the chosen package. Please check out the BOOK NOW! page on this website.
The customer can decide to switch from one package to another at any time.
The customer can cancel a Booked Services, at no cost, by filling out the Cancel Form within 30 days before the wedding date. The deposit fee is not refundable. If the customer cancels a Booked Services less than 30 days before the wedding date, the client is responsible for paying a penalty of $400.

Before the Wedding
We would love to get a copy of your wedding timeline, before your wedding day, to properly schedule our work. It’s also helpful if you can fill our videographer in on any surprises, performances, and other things that may not be listed on the timeline.
About the Wedding day
At WoWedding Video we adopt a documentary style to capture the vibe and the excitement of your wedding day. For this reason, we will not interfere in any way with the events that will take place during your special day. We always try to be as invisible as possible to capture the spontaneity and beauty of what happens in front of the camera. However, there may be deviations from this style of shooting if you have a specific request to be fulfilled.
It is impossible to guarantee that everyone will be filmed. As a general rule we focus mostly on the bride and groom. If you want to make sure that a specific person is filmed, you should let us know in advance.
This is a situation we hope to never encounter but of course the possibility is there. In this situation we would immediately reach out to our network of professional video colleagues. If none of them is available, we would start going through the highest rated videographers until we find someone.
To us, the relationship between videographer and photographer is one of collaboration, not competition. We’re both there to do a great job for our client.
Our cameras can see better than the human eye in low light conditions. For those times when it’s nearly pitch black (e.g. outdoor reception after sunset with no lights overhead) we use a small on-camera LED light to improve the overall video quality.
Yes. Please, plan a meal for our videographer if one is being served to your guests. In your wedding timeline should be designated a time for the videographer and photographers to eat and the caterer should be informed. This is typically not necessary if you’re having a buffet.
About the Editing
We do shoot in 4k (3840×2106) at 23.976 fps. This gives us the most filmic and natural look for your video.
In our editing, we like to experiment with different genres, tones, styles, to discreetly capture the unique story of your unforgettable event in a reportage-style movie that you’ll want to watch over and over again.
Yes! We always recommend our clients to choose the music to be included in their wedding video. By doing so the wedding video will be more close and intimate to the newlyweds. Because we do use different music tracks, we suggest you to provide, as soon as possible, your favorite music tracks, the more the better. All music tracks should be different in genre, style and time period.
Yes! There are two ways to get changes to your edited wedding video. One is free and the other is for a fee.
1. Mistakes in your video as misspellings or glitches, dropped frames, corrupted frames etc., will be corrected and removed for free.
2. Post-delivery editing changes, that have not been agreed in advance, will be charged. Please check out the BOOK NOW! page on this website.
About Delivery
Typically, your wedding video is delivered 6 weeks after your wedding date.
Digital Download is the fastest way to send a video via Internet. We email you a link with the instructions to start the download of your wedding video. All WoWedding-Video productions are encoded with the widely compatible H.264 video codec format.
The Digital Download also has these advantages over disc formats like Blu-ray and DVD:
1. If you have the hardware, software, and knowhow, you can burn your own Blu-rays and DVDs.
2. Anyone can potentially manipulate the video in the future without having to rip the compressed video off the discs.
3. If you want to make a backup copy of your video, simply copy the files onto another hard drive.
Since the raw files are of considerable size, digital download is not an option. The only viable alternative is to mail a hard drive containing all the raw footage. For more information regarding shipping costs, please check out the BOOK NOW! page on this website.
By contract, once the video has been delivered, it is costumer responsibility to create backups. WoWedding-Video can’t guarantee a backup copy for an indefinite time.
